The Dukes of Hazzard 1x11 - Money To Burn Episode Summary MONEY TO BURN ORIGINAL AIRDATE: 4/20/79 INTRO: This one's hotter than a hot rod in a haystack. SUMMARY: Boss figures out a way to rip off $1 million on its way from his bank to Atlanta to be exchanged for new currency — and frame Bo and Luke for the disappearance. Boss sets out to hide the money in a phony grave and the boys have to find a way to unearth Boss' scheme before it "buries" them behind bars. NOTES: * - The scene that becomes the second season closing footage comes from this episode. * - This episode introduces us to cousin Cletus for the first time.
